We do not provide refunds but will pass a credit which can be used for future purchase from us. The goods need to be unused, in original condition and packaging .

Defective goods are those that had a defect or were unsafe when we supplied them. We highly recommend testing out your purchase as soon as you have received it .

Your refund will show as a credit on your account and should take up to 3 days to reflect.
